Responsibilities

• First point of contact with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Perform customer verification (Security Issue)
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated source
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Manage data administration
• Conduct Site Tour
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Education and Experience

• Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in customer service related field
• Well-presented and groomed
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin & English
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and computer applications
• Must be cheerful, positive & a co-operative team player
• Singaporean/PR need to apply

Working location: Old Choa Chu Kang Road
